About Me
I am the Head of Motion Control Department at VinRobotics, where I lead the development of full-stack control systems for humanoid robots — spanning locomotion, manipulation, and dexterous hands. I also hold positions as a Senior Research Scientist at VinUniversity and a Visiting Lecturer at Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Previously, I was a Senior Robotics Engineer at Goldbell Group in Singapore, developing autonomous industrial forklifts, and a Robotics Engineer at VinAI Research working on autonomous driving.
I obtained my M.S. degree in Control Engineering and Automation from Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), the top technical university in Vietnam. During my studies, I was awarded scholarships from both the university and VinIF, a highly regarded scholarship program funded by VinGroup, the largest conglomerate in Vietnam.
Prior to that, I earned my B.S. in Control Engineering and Automation from HUST with the Best Graduation Thesis award. My full CV is available here.
